Prescriptions
If you need a prescription refill, there are options for one-time refill approvals while you set up your care with Kelsey-Seybold provider(s):
- Option 1: Contact the doctor(s) who prescribed the medication and request a one-time approval for a 30-day refill while you are transitioning your care.
- Option 2: Contact the pharmacy where you last filled your prescription and ask them to get a refill exception from your current provider for 30 days.
- Option 3: Visit the UnitedHealthcare health plan Member Portal for options on refills, in-network pharmacies and more. You can also set up your member account with UnitedHealthcare health plan on their member site for more prescription options and benefit coverage information.
- Option 4: Schedule a Video Visit or In-Person appointment with a Kelsey-Seybold doctor who will review your current medications and E-scribe any new prescription orders.
