Take I-45 S to State Hwy 3 S/TX-3 S/Old Galveston Rd in Webster. Take the TX-3 exit from NASA Bypass E/NASA Road 1.

Follow State Hwy 3 S/TX-3 S and W League City Pkwy. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic - South Shore Harbour will be on the right.
From Pearland
Get on Sam Houston Tollway E in Houston.

Continue on Sam Houston Tollway E. Take I-45 S to State Hwy 3 S/TX-3 S/Old Galveston Rd in Webster. Take the TX-3 exit from NASA Bypass E/NASA Road 1.

Follow State Hwy 3 S/TX-3 S and W League City Pkwy. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic - South Shore Harbour will be on the right.
From Texas City, heading northwest
Take N. Hwy. 146 N. and turn left onto TX-96 W/E League City Pkwy.

Make a U-turn at Columbia Memorial Pkwy.

From Webster, heading southeast
Take I-45 S. and exit to TX-96/League City Pkwy.

Merge onto Gulf Fwy. S.

Turn left onto W. League City Pkwy.
