Education & Board Certification
Jacqueline Le-Guevara, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center - Lubbock in 2011. Afterward, she completed the Memorial Family Medicine Residency program in 2014, followed by a Geriatrics fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in 2015. After serving as an attending physician in a high-volume practice setting, Dr. Le-Guevara joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2023.
Dr. Le-Guevara was moved to practice medicine by her family, her experience as a patient herself, and her schooling. With a particular interest in preventive medicine, women’s health, and geriatric care, Dr. Le-Guevara sees patients of all ages for well and sick care, including the management of chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. In her day-to-day practice, she most enjoys the relationships she gets to build with families from pediatric to geriatric.

Hobbies & Interests
Outside of caring for patients, Dr. Le-Guevara enjoys traveling with her family, enjoying the amazing food in Houston, hitting the beach in Galveston, working out at Orangetheory Fitness, and taking her kids to the Houston Zoo.
