Dr. Albert Wu is a board-certified, fellowship-trained allergist. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in biology and East Asian studies. He received his medical degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center School of Medicine at San Antonio in 2014. He completed his Internal Medicine residency in 2017, followed by an Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology fellowship in 2019 at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.

Dr. Wu has conducted extensive research and co-authored multiple papers on varying topics related to allergies and immunology. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2022, Dr. Wu cared for patients in private practice in Houston from 2019 to 2022.

Fun Facts

The best advice Dr. Wu has ever received is “Smile every day!”

The most exotic place he has visited is Taiwan. “I love the culture, beautiful sites, and delicious food.”

Not everyone knows this about Dr. Wu, but a minor planet is named after him and he has a twin brother.

As a child, Dr. Wu wanted to be an astronaut because of his love of science and anything space related.
